No one answered the question yesterday, so I guess that prize gets rolled over into today's giveaway.
A spooky prize every day this month to celebrate the upcoming TRANSMUNDANE PRESS release, AFTER THE HAPPILY EVER AFTER. Featuring authors from all over the world, this anthology explores what happens to fairy tale characters after their roles in the stories everyone knows and loves. Cinderella, Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and Jill, Bluebeard—they're all here, sorting out their lives after the credits roll.
Future posts will include excerpts from the stories, author interviews, and other insider information.
We're launching a kickstarter on October 15th to help pay our contributors a little extra, beef up our marketing, and donate to one of our favorite charities, Scares that Care. This campaign will feature the official cover release, exclusive stories, more giveaways, and other fun surprises.

DAY 5 PRIZES:
ANANSI BOYS by Neil Gaiman (paperback).
"Mr. Nancy" — an incarnation of the West African trickster god Anansi — dies, leaving two sons, who in turn discover each other. The novel follows their adventures as they explore their common heritage.
LIVING DEAD IN DALLAS by Charline Harris (paperback).
The second book in Charlaine Harris's series The Southern Vampire Mysteries. This second novel follows the adventures of telepathic waitress Sookie Stackhouse of Bon Temps, Louisiana, as she is employed by Dallas vampires to use her telepathy to help find their lost companion. Sookie agrees to help investigate the whereabouts of the missing vampire on one condition: any humans found to be involved must be turned over to human law enforcement rather than subjected to vampire justice. In Dallas Sookie Stackhouse has her first encounter with the anti-vampire organization "The Fellowship of the Sun," as well as meeting and learning of the existence of werewolves.
That’s right, two prizes since no one answered yesterday's question in the blog comments or the facebook posts. Playing pays, so enter to win!
Today's question: Have you ever read a series and got tired of the main character, so much that you stopped reading the series altogether? If so, let us know which series you walked away from and why. If there is a series you absolutely loved, let us know which one, too.
Good luck, cats. Cheers!
